Classic cars and planes on show this weekend

Classic cars meet classic planes at a family day at Coventry Airport on Sunday (June 12). Jaguar Owners Club members will bring along a selection of cars to the Airbase Museum, to be displayed alongside historic aircraft based at the airport.
Cars on display will include the pre-war models and the mighty E-types, which recently celebrated their 50th anniversay, as well as the more modern XJs, XKs and XFs. Visitors will also have the chance to get on board a number of the classic planes and there will be flying displays as well as a fashion show by Coventry University students.
The funday starts at 10:00. Tickets are £8 or £18 for a family ticket, and are available on the gate on the day.
